Our Services

Our primary mission is to support families with children who have special needs. All Seasons Education offers services aimed at securing necessary educational and social/emotional development supports for children. We provide families with essential information regarding their rights under special education law, as well as guidance on related services, transitions, and civil rights.

Psycho-Educational Review& summary

Psycho-Educational Assessments can be complex and filled with technical jargon that may be difficult to decipher. These one-hour sessions are designed to allow you to ask questions and receive explanations on all aspects of your child's current psycho-educational assessment. Some parents find this helpful before an initial or triennial IEP meeting, while others prefer to schedule the session afterward. Our goal is to help you better understand the assessment process and its implications for your child's education.

ESTIMATED COST:

$300 per review (includes preparation for meeting and 1 hr. meeting time).  Additional hours may be added and will be billed at $125/hour.  Full payment in advance.  This is an estimated cost, final cost TBD and will be provided in writing and advance of initiating services.

IEP file review, Summary & Meeting prep

IEP documents can often be dense and difficult to navigate. We offer assistance in reviewing your child's special education file to ensure clarity and comprehensiveness. This includes evaluating recent assessments to confirm their thoroughness in capturing your child's strengths and weaknesses, and ensuring these are accurately reflected in the IEP. We also assess whether the goals and services outlined in the IEP align with your child's needs, and recommend amendments if necessary. We are committed to ensuring your child's educational plan meets legal standards, is faithfully implemented, and effectively supports their learning needs.

504 Plan Review & Summary

The Office for Civil Rights (OCR), part of the U.S. Department of Education, oversees Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities. I have developed Section 504 Guidelines for various local school districts and county offices. These one-hour sessions offer you the opportunity to ask questions and receive explanations on all aspects of your child's 504 Plan and assessment. Additionally, we have experience working at the high school level and aligning 504 accommodations with College Board accommodations, ensuring students can access these accommodations during SAT testing.
